Capital Refurbishment at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall

The plans of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic for a major, multi-million pound refurbishment of Liverpool Philharmonic Hall moved a step closer today with the submission of our planning application to Liverpool City Council. Our architects Caruso St. John have developed architectural plans designed to complement and enhance one of Liverpool’s great buildings.
